Fall Decorating

With a heat index of 106 degrees, I braved the outdoors and decorated my porch for Fall.  Call me crazy but maybe it will give the universe the signal to turn down this heat. I made a cheerful rucksack filled with sunflowers.

 It's a start.  Now I need pumpkins!

I decorated my TV room too.

I'm not doing much this year because there will be no parties and I am betting no Trick or Treating too.

I'm doing just enough to make me smile.

I love waking when it is dark, flipping a switch, and seeing the lights.

I think The W's like it too.

My morning tea is now being drunk from my cauldron mug.  Fall has begun!

I love the fall decorations--I just try to live in the season we have. For me, it builds the anticipation and delight when it finally happens. We still have Lammas or Lughnasadh to celebrate (August 1), then on to Mabon. The wheel of the year turns on its own time. Blessed be!
I hope your spells work and it cools off!

Lovely decorations. I'm still hoping for summer, here in the UK we are only 55 degrees. Think I'll wait for September to decorate. Hope you're blessed will cooler weather.
Well we reached 68 today :-) So I don't long for autumn quite yet :-)

Have a great day!

Christer.

I've been sneaky about putting out my fall decorations. Crystal pumpkins here a scarecrow there a bouquet of sunflowers on the dining room table. August I'll bring out the big guns, my alter will be all fall colors.

I always enjoy seeing your decorations. Lots of signs here for spring.

Here we have been having a much cooler July (or June for that matter) than expected, so I am already in an autumnal mood, but not the kind that is fed up of summer. More like happy that it is not too typically summery. Sadly I have none of your talent for decorations.
