Consider this, will women be able to take out life insurance policies on the fetus as soon as she is pregnant? Then if a miscarriage occurs can she make a claim? Men will never vote to make fathers responsible at all!
We've got to get enough women Democrats in Congress to pass that law. It's hard enough to get the known married, or divorced fathers to provide what they're supposed to provide. It will take at least 50 years. Love the fetal insurance idea. Need to find a Republican's conservative insurance agency for that. This all was so much easier and safer in 1973. Linda in Kansas
