Used to work for a major chemical company that made vinyl chloride for the auto industry. Shipped it by rail. Chemical and rail workers treated it with kid gloves. I knew deregulation had loosened up a lot of things, but could not believe they released that stuff and burned it! When burned it converts into the same gas they killed troops with in WW1. It breaks down into about 6 other very toxic nasties as well. This is going to be a gift that just keeps on giving....
