Kipples


 Yesterday was spent making my favorite Xmas cookies and watching The Deer Hunter, which is my favorite Xmas movie, go figure.  My daughter bit into a kipple and said..this is THE ultimate taste of Xmas, I agree.  I am guessing that The Deer Hunter is not everyone's favorite Xmas movie though. Which is yours?

I love A Christmas Story. I have never even seen The Deer Hunter, and I don't know why.

I only saw The Deer Hunter once, when it was first released in the movie theatres so many years ago. I should find it on a streaming service and rewatch it. I never thought of it as a Christmas movie before. Pretty tragic tale.

My favorite Christmas movie is Love Actually. I watched the beginning and end, where people are running to hug loved ones at the airport, over and over during the pandemic when we couldn't hug. It's a beautiful movie (in my opinion).
