Ok...this is a tough one. I want to keep it!!! But I am giving it away in the spirit of Halloween....a Halloween sacrifice if you will. I bought this in Salem on my recent trip. This is a very well made apron and witch hat. The apron comes with it's own towel which is attached to the apron with a button. I have included a Salem dish towel.
You can use this all year long. The daughter is not included in the giveaway at this time. However, that could change at any moment.
And to complete the outfit, I am also including this pair of vintage looking earrings. So, to enter the giveaway, join as a follower. If you are already a follower, mention the giveaway on your blog or add the button on your sidebar. Also, leave a comment naming the scariest movie you have ever seen. Mine is "Don't Look Now". I will draw the winner using a random number draw on Wednesday morning at 9:00am. Good Luck!
The winner of the Fall trip basket is: The Frog Queen
Congrats and leave a comment telling me how to contact you!
It was really fun hearing about your favorite small towns and now I have a list of new places to visit.
I thought you might enjoy seeing the view from my kitchen window.
Also, if you are interested in a killer salsa recipe, check the next post.

Have a great day now!
Christer.
My scariest movie was Dead Silence. I really really don't like dolls! possessed dolls = nightmares for me!
Bummer to me!
Scariest movie: oooh, I am not much of a movie watcher and with my brain issues....hmmmm, Jaws? It's all I can think of right now.
I will figure out how to get your button up on my blog but I am a computer bobo. I need techs like you have....
And I love your kitchen, and your view! I'm properly envious! lol
As for scary movies, I've never been a big fan. I'm too easily scared I guess, and it isn't fun for me. Each time I've thought, "It's only a movie, I'm a big girl now", I've had nightmares for weeks. I think that the scariest at the time, was Psycho.
I've put your drawing button on my sidebar and am going to link you in my blog!
The trip was wonderful, beyond words, but it is good to have you home again!
Hugs!
I totally love Salem - I have a very good friend that lives there and we head there several times a year! It's great living only an hour and a 1/2 away!
October blessing!
I did watch Room 1409 the other day and thought it had a few shriek worthy moments
Scariest movie...? The original Amityville Horror.
I love the apron and hat!
favorite movie (mini series)-harper's island
The scariest movie I've ever seen is the Hills Have Eyes. The original one was so very creepy and the new one was quite gross and disturbing, so I can't pick which one was scarier for me.
Have a great weekend!
Oh wow -- that apron and witch hat and those earrings... Awesome! Thanks for this great chance. :)
My favorite scary movie? Now that's a tough choice... I found all three "Scream" movies pretty scary, but the movie "Silent Hill" based on the horror game series is even scarier.
Happy Halloween,
Birgit
Congrats to the Frog Queen on the fall giveaway win.
Scariest movie to me is a three way tie for me:
Event Horizon, The Grudge and The Ring. All three scared me so bad I couldn't sleep for days after watching them. :-)
Oh and I blogged about your giveaway...

Scariest movie..... "The Shining"....I was 9 and my Dad was watching it on TV and I remember sneaking down the stairs. Getting right up behind his recliner and peaking around from the back to watch. It got the part with the lil girls and I stared got so freaked out by the music, eerie lil girls, and the whole way it was filmed...Up the stairs I went..Had nightmares for a week. And I was 9....but that movie freaked out my imagination to the point I never watched that movie again(except for that small clip) till I was 40 years old which was almost 2 years ago. I am a scorpio born the week of Halloween Nov 4th the end of the festivals. I feel vibes, instincts and things around me. I follow my gut all the time. Thats my scariest story, movie and nightmare...and the movie still freaks me out.
xoxoxo Sonia
I actually avoid scary movies, they tend to do weird things to me! The Child's Play movies always left me edgy though.
You've outdone yourself with this giveaway.... everything is so cool~

The one movie that really messed with my head was the The Exorcist. When I was a kid I would plug my ears with my thumbs and cover my eyes with my fingers whenever the commercial came on. I didn't see it until they re released it a few years back, and it freaked me out. I just gave myself goosebumps thinking about it!
I'm trying to win your giveaway for my wife, she would love it. She's signing up for info about Salem on her computer as I type this.
I put your button on my blog

scariest movie i know is killer klowns from outerspace ...it will make you not want cotton candy (shudders)
I would love to be entered for this one too, I already follow. Blogged about it, now just need to sort out the button.
My scariest movie would be 'An American Werewolf in London'. My aunt let me watch it when I was about 9, and I didn't get much except the guy was freaking out and deforming.
That or Children of the Corn. That movie is just freaky.
This is a lovely blog.
XXOO Marie Antionette
Or, it's too late in the evening and I've had too much wine. *chuckles*
Anyway, I blogged about it.
Cheers.

The scariest movie is....
Nightmare on Elm St. due to the creepy jump rope song.."one two Freddy's coming for you, three four, better lock your door"
aaagggg, I scared myself, lol.

Scariest movie? The problem is, I'm a scaredy cat and avoid horror movies at all costs! But I'd have to say that "Scream" got me because it wasn't about the undead or the dream realm... It was about a real human being as a serial killer. :::shudder:::
Coffee is on.
The scariest movie Ive ever seen was, no doubt, The Exorcist". I'l never ever watch this movie again in my life! Brr...!
As I'm already a follower, I just added your giveaway button to my right sidebar. Fingers and toes crossed!
Thanks for this generous giveaway!
Kisses from Nydia & Lucas.
The scariest movie..Pan's Labyrinth. It's got your choice of nightmares! But for me the Pale Man was the worst of the lot. Gorgeous, deeply moving film. All kinds of mythical power. And then the Pale Man shows up, and I lose my sanity and weep like a child. Those *hands*....

The scariest movie I have ever watched...well i avoid scary movies for just that reason. I scare too easily. >.< I've heard that Paranormal Activity, in the theaters now, is absolutely terrifying. I would watch it with my boyfriend, but he refuses to because HE would be too scared. Umm...I saw exorcist for the first time last year on television, so it was cut. I was more apt to yell at the stupidity of the priest than anything. I saw Poltergeist on tv the year before, and that was rather scary...but while i lived under my parent's roof my viewing experience was limited to PG ratings and Disney. Oh, I've got it! Shaun of the Dead. Laugh at me if you like, but I'm personally terrified of zombies and a parody was the closest I could get--and even that made me scream bloody murder!
I really love your background leaves, just gorgeous and the kids are in love with your scarecrow! He is the cutest scarecrow we have ever seen. The kids reckon he won't scare the crows away though! He is too adorable! LOL
We also had a giggle at you not giving away the daughter "yet". ds1 rolled his eyes. Anyway we shall be following you from now on! Love your sense of humour!
Have a great Halloween!!
Great giveaway too-please enter me and thanks!

"The Ring" scared the crap out of me. I kept looking in my backseat on the drive home after the movie. Little girl + Japanese horror = me terrified!
leila@illustratedinkart.com
My scariest movie is The Leprechaun! My parents and older brother were watching it in the living watching it and I was in the bedroom since they wouldn't let me watch it. Well, I kept sneaking in to ask my mom *important* questions so that I could see some of it. Later, I was in my room and my brother creeped up behind me. "All I want's me gold!" he wispered. Scared the crap out of me!! I've never wanted to see that movie again!!!
