These ribs are long gone except for possibly a few lingering in the back of the Blog Techs frig! He I forgot to post the final pictures.
This was what they looked like when coated with the mustard and dry rub.
And this was that wonderful barbecue sauce that I made to brush on them towards the end of cooking.
They went into the BGE in a rib rack with the egg set at 250 degrees. They cane out 6 hours later.
Here is the perfect rib. You can see the pink smoke ring.
Served with potato salad and cole slaw they make a great memorial day dinner.
I have strawberries and I know the birds are watching them more closely than I.
No problem with the birds when they are this color!
Rain on the Larkspur.
Peach
Clematis bloom.
Clematis
Fennel
One of the first tomatoes.
And another little tomato..errrr...really she is my pumpkin....or sometimes my little cutie patootie...whatever she was this morning she was having trouble staying awake.
Zzzzzzzz...
A creature from beneath peeking through the surface.
