Pan De Queso with Dill

I showed this recipe a while back but I thought it is good enough to post again in case you missed it the first time.  And, it is all I have for a post today.
You can find the original recipe here:  http://octoberfarm.blogspot.com/2013/08/pan-de-queso.html

You can  use any combination of cheeses you have on hand.  This time I used asiago, and parmesan.

I had some fresh dill so I added it too.

The dough doesn't rise very much before baking.

They make such a good base for your favorite sandwich. Unless your favorite sandwich is a PB&J then it would be really yucky.

They are also good with just a spread of butter.

Hey!  Happy Spring!!!

I often mix in cheese in the dough when I bake bread, it usually gives a great taste to it. But I have used one that tasted similar to Havarti and that was not good at all :-) Not only did it taste awful but my entire kitchen had this strange odor for days afterwards :-)

Have a great day!
Christer.
