I make my kids salads almost every day so I am always trying to come up with new dressing recipes. Here is one I made last week. It's goes very well with fresh spring greens. |
- 1 whole Medium Red Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- ½ cups Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoons Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- ⅓ cups Vinegar
- ¾ cups Oil
- Throw this all in your food processor and pulse it until you get your desired consistency.
