1 C. shortening
2 tsp salt
2 C. water
2 large eggs
2-1/2 tsp. rapid rise yeast
6-7 C. flour
1/4 C. melted butter for brushing
Mix until you have a smooth dough.
Cover and let rise for at least an hour.
Split it in half and roll it into a 14X11 rectangle.
Brush it with butter.
Sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar.
Roll it into a log.
Slice it and place the slices cut side down in a buttered pan. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle them with more cinnamon sugar. Cover and let them rise.
Bake them at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Mix confectioners sugar with milk and vanilla flavoring to make a glaze.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls.
