Spread some of the mixture over each piece, roll them up and secure them with toothpicks. Brown them in a bit of oil in a heavy pot and then place them on a baking sheet. I poured a few splashes of white wine in the pan to loosen up the bits on the bottom and whisk in a knob of butter to make a sauce.
Bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is oozing out and the chicken is cooked through. I served these with garlic butter spaghetti squash.
Winnie is not sure which toy to play with first.
She will ignore all of them if I just give her a treat. This is definitely her 'do you have a treat for me" face. It's hard to not give her one every time she looks at me this way but I don't want a porker puppy.

How can you refuse that cute look! I do the same thing with my puppy. Have you tried baby carrots as treats with less calories? My dog loves them.
