Italian Bread Recipe

Mmmmm...Italian bread.
I made a big pot of spaghetti sauce and meatballs for dinner and decided we needed Italian bread to go with it.

You can find the recipe here:  http://octoberfarm.blogspot.com/2010/11/italian-bread-recipe.html

This bread is crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside and it has that wonderful yeasty flavor and smell you expect from a great loaf of Italian bread.  It is also very easy to make.

I like that bread but rarely bake white bread myself, I buy it however :-) So perfect to get that last of the sauce from the plate :-)

Have a great day!
