Start with 4 cups of water. Pour that into the bowl of your mixer and add 3 packages of rapid rise yeast, 3 teaspoons of salt, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup canola oil.
Mix this all together and add 12 cups of bread flour.
Turn this out into a lightly greased bowl.
Divide in half and put one half in each bowl. Cover these with a damp towel or plastic wrap and set aside to rise until doubled.
Prepare your bread pans by spraying with pam and then pouring about 3 tablespoons of melted butter into each pan.
Divide into 5 pieces and form into loaves and place in the pans. Then cover and allow to rise approximately 45 minutes.
They should look like this at this point. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Turn out on racks to cool. These freeze really well. Time to nom nom nom!!!
