These ribs are long gone except for possibly a few lingering in the back of the Blog Techs frig! He I forgot to post the final pictures.
This was what they looked like when coated with the mustard and dry rub.
And this was that wonderful barbecue sauce that I made to brush on them towards the end of cooking.
They went into the BGE in a rib rack with the egg set at 250 degrees. They cane out 6 hours later.
Here is the perfect rib. You can see the pink smoke ring.
Served with potato salad and cole slaw they make a great memorial day dinner.
I have strawberries and I know the birds are watching them more closely than I.
No problem with the birds when they are this color!
